Full payment must be made before the start of each session. All payments must be made in euros.

Cancellation by the client: Any cancellation must be notified in writing (email or message).
Cancellation by Jérôme Dupérou EI: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Jérôme Dupérou EI reserves the right to cancel a session if it is scheduled in more than 24 hours, without any financial compensation other than a refund of the session if it has already been paid.
Training is intended exclusively for adults (18 years and over). Jérôme Dupérou EI reserves the right to refuse a client’s enrollment without having to justify its decision.
All teaching materials provided during the training remain the intellectual property of Jérôme Dupérou EI and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior authorization.
Personal data collected is used solely within the scope of the commercial relationship between Jérôme Dupérou EI and the client, in accordance with the GDPR.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to reach an amicable solution. Failing that, the Court of Bayonne shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
